How did you come into the Telecom Financial Management field?

My background includes 15+ years in Large Business Service Management at Verizon Business and 2 years in Carrier Access billing at Frontier.

When did you join the Renodis Team?

In three words, how would you describe your experience at Renodis so far?

Customer Centric – The mission of the Renodis Client Solutions Group is to provide a world-class customer experience. Every day we strive to delight our customers by providing timely communication, exceptional work quality, and strong attention to customer needs.

Collaboration – Renodis fosters a culture of teamwork between Sales, Delivery, Marketing, and Management to deliver valuable customer solutions.

Creativity – The Renodis team has a strong focus on innovation and efficiency as we are always working toward service improvement and enhancing the customer experience. We challenge ourselves to be creative in approaching problems and issues with different perspectives.

Favorite Telecom Gadget or Tool

Definitely Vision360 – This is our custom tool designed by the Renodis team to manage all aspects of the telecom lifecycle.   We continue to evolve this system to meet the needs of our business and our customers.

What do you most like about your work in Telecom Financial Management?

Every day I look forward to new challenges, new projects, great teamwork, and above all – exceeding our customer’s expectations.

How do you or your team continue to innovate and challenge the status quo?

One of our mantras is to think of innovation as simplification.  Innovation doesn’t need to be a complex system enhancement or highly technical.  Innovation can be a simple idea.  Sometimes it can derive from challenging ourselves to try something new.  In following a process it’s always important to be aware and recognize inefficiencies.  Simple changes and sharing best practices can be very impactful.
