The Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) in Houston promotes the development of offshore resources in the fields of drilling, exploration, production and environmental protection. The conference brings together industry leaders and buyers interested in exploring technology and emerging trends. NewSat provides over 4000 services from its teleport facilities in Perth and Adelaide to resource and offshore projects worldwide. NewSat supports services on 13 satellites with solutions including equipment, iDirect or LinkStar platforms, co-location and teleport services. NewSat is set to launch Australia’s first commercial Ka-band satellite, providing high-powered Ka-band capacity over the Middle East, Asia and Africa. Jabiru-1 will provide “new” capacity to these regions, offering a range of beam options. A fleet of Jabiru satellites will follow Jabiru-1, providing “raw” capacity and flexible payloads to assist with both on and offshore resource projects around the world. Diego Paldao and Tom Wright will be attending OTC and will be available for discussions on our current ground services and the Jabiru Satellite Program’s fleet of Ka-band satellites. If you would like to book an appointment to discuss NewSat’s current or upcoming capabilities further, please email:
